Service Support & Maintenance Guide

We want your stroller to provide smooth and comfortable performance for a long time. Below you will find care recommendations and guidance for resolving common situations independently.

✨ Before First Use

Before using the stroller for the first time, it is recommended to lubricate moving parts such as joints, folding mechanisms and frame connections.

The manufacturer does not pre-lubricate these elements to prevent possible staining of fabric components during transport.

Applying a small amount of lubricant will ensure smoother operation from the first days of use.

Regular maintenance lubrication is recommended during active use.

🛞 Tire Pressure Control

For optimal comfort and smooth riding, regularly check the tire pressure.

Recommended pressure: 0.6 bar (as indicated on the wheel rim).

Excessive pressure may reduce shock absorption and cause vibration of the frame.

❓ Hood Touches the Frame

During transportation or frequent adjustment, the hood support bars may slightly change shape.

If the fabric touches the frame:

Gently adjust the hood bars inward so the hood sits properly within the frame without friction.

❓ Hood Does Not Hold Position Firmly

Frequent adjustment may slightly loosen fastening elements.

If necessary, carefully tighten the fixing screw using an appropriate tool.

⚠ Do not apply excessive force to avoid damaging plastic components.

❓ Vibration During Movement

Check the tire pressure and adjust it to the recommended level.

Proper inflation ensures optimal suspension performance.

❓ Brake Feels Stiff or Does Not Release Smoothly

When used in dusty or sandy conditions, dirt may accumulate around the brake mechanism.

Recommended actions:

  • Clean the area around the brake pedal

  • If necessary, apply a water-repellent lubricant

  • Engage and release the brake several times to distribute the lubricant evenly

Regular cleaning of the brake mechanism is recommended during active use.

❓ Wheel Damage or Flat Tire

Strong impacts against high obstacles or excessive tire pressure may damage the wheel rim.

Mechanical damage caused by external impact is not covered under warranty.

If the rim is damaged, we recommend ordering an original replacement wheel.

If the tire is flat due to a punctured inner tube, a temporary solution may be repairing it using a standard bicycle repair kit or replacing the inner tube.

❓ Rear Wheel Noise

Ensure the brake is fully released and the wheel is properly mounted on the axle.

Clean the mounting area if necessary.

If the noise persists, please contact our service support for assistance.
