If something is not right, you have the right to return your order.
1. Right of withdrawal – 14 days
According to Estonian and EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to inform us about your decision before the 14-day period expires.
2. How to request a return
Please contact us and provide:
- your order number
- the item you want to return
- your contact details

3. Condition of returned goods
Returned items must be:
✔ unused
✔ clean
✔ complete
✔ in their original packaging
✔ with all accessories and documents
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
Use beyond this may reduce the refundable amount.
4. Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received.
6. Non-returnable situations
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- products damaged after delivery
- items showing clear signs of use
- incomplete products
- goods modified or assembled
- hygiene-related items where seals are broken
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately.
We will provide a solution as quickly as possible.

9. Return notification
Before sending the item back, you must notify us in writing by email.
Your request must include:
- order number
- product name
- brief description of the reason for return
Without prior notification, we may refuse to accept the shipment.
10. Product inspection
You have the right to inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
This means you may:
✔ open the packaging
✔ check the appearance
✔ test basic functions without outdoor use
Signs such as dirt, scratches, or wheel wear are considered usage.
11. Reduction of refund amount
If the value of the goods has decreased due to use beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
12. Large items
Strollers are considered large items.
The customer must ensure:
- safe packaging
- protection against transport damage
Damage caused by insufficient packaging during return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
13. Custom or special orders
Products manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.
14. Processing time
Inspection of returned goods may take several business days.
The refund will be issued after the condition of the item has been confirmed.
15. Responsibility
Until the goods are received by the seller, responsibility for their condition remains with the customer.
